- US combat deaths in Iraq show continued decline. Combat deaths in Iraq were at 126 for the month of May, and last month were at 38. While we mourn the loss of every one of our military members, we also keep in mind they are accomplishing great things every day. Even Iraqi civilian deaths due to the war have declined.
- Our countries third quarter economic growth was the fastest in four years.
Not everything is gloom and doom! Remember, bad news sells papers - don't forget to look for the good things that are happening.
